Baby always pulling her ear and crying, we went to see doctor for ear infection but doctor said baby ear is perfectly fine .. no infection is there .. but baby still pulling ear and crying.. can anybody suggest that what can we do ..??

rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal.
if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease tthe itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it. 
do not use earbuds to clean the internal ear cavity.
external ear can be cleaned with the help of clean cotton cloth.
 treatment is given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.
for pain you can give paracetamol

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment 
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
