baby age 1.3 year.. weight 12kg 500gm...pus cell6-8...dr prescribed alkasol 5ml two times in a day...dose is ok...plz help

No child is having a weight on the higher side I mean for a 2 1/2 year old child which is my maybe a doctor has given you this dosage of medicine also seems like your child is having a stomach infection which is why the course of medicine has been prescribed like this
