Ayaan is 4 years boy but he couldn't make the correct height which foods should I give to him?

A. dear mum , ht is genetic but for cjild tp attain maximum potential for growth give a balanced diet having a variety of food grps protein source in every meal , adequate calcium foods avoid high fat sugar containing foods encourage outdoor play , sunshine limit gadget time
