at what time should I give deworming medicine to My 2 and half year old. should I give 10ml in single dose

No no it is supposed to be given 5ML in the night and the next 5MM should be given after 14 days and then you can repeat the entire course of meditation after six months again in the similar manner as that is the correct way that you should proceed with giving medicine specially when you give it for deworming your child
