please do mention the age of your child as normally you can massage till 3 to 4 years.
even after that you can just apply the oil to the body of the child once in a while as it is a very good moisturization.
you can use the Himalaya baby massage oil which is best and is a good moisturizer for the skin and can keep it for a while and then give bath
