Assalamualaikum sir,my son Is 5 yrs old he is suffering from stomach ache since 4 5 dys and also he is passing stool like greazy n losse what medicine should I give him

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronjic infection .
Syp cyclopamg 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
