NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello yes it is normal for small babies to spit or vomit curdled milk and is absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem and sometimes baby may not burp also n that is ok and also check on your diet as this can effect your baby tummy also
