A. hi Have you recently wean your child from breastfeeding? if yes ,then it happen because of engorgement. so first , express milk through hands or any good brand like Babyhug brand breastpump. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. maintain good Hydration. take hot shower or warm water bath to get relief in pain.
