#askthexpert 20 months old daughter has nose blocked due to this she is feeling uncomfortable while sleeping. also her one eye is swelling from the top and little bit red from the skin. what to do. please suggest.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water.
normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation
use nasal saline drops nasal blockage
