#askthepert Can anyone tell me what should be the bed time and how long should 6 month old baby sleeps at night??

A. hi bedtime depends on your family bedtime routine as well as your own routine although its advisable to set it around 8 or 9 o' clock and dont worry about waking in between as young babies have small stomach , they can be hungry very frequently and wake up for feeds at night.

Q. #askthepert My baby boy is going to be 9 months old in some days, the problem with him is that no matter at what time he sleeps at night he gets up @ 6 in the morning and resettling him becomes hard.
