#askthepert 18 months old toddler hardly sleeps for 10 hrs in 24 hrs which includes nap and night sleep. What is the minimum hrs of sleep at this age??

A. 8 to 10 hours minimum is very important and your child is maintaining a sleep for 10 hours then there is no problem in that case because with growing this is the amount of sleep which is important for everybody your child a good sleep

Q. #askthepert 13 months old baby hardly sleeps for 10 hrs in 24hrs. Still didn’t figure out why he sleeps so less. He wakes up at night after 3 to 4 hrs of sleep and not willing to go back to sleep until 1.5 hrs. I do everything to make him sleep throughout the night but every day im unsuccessful.
