#asktheexperts winny didnt speak even a word till now. is that an issue?

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction gywith the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.u if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. good evening the child is only 13 months old you have to be patient and wait for a and please the couple of months more before you can expect the child to be able to speak I would recommend you to just wait for sometime
