I m a mom of a 3yr old toddler ... he s a vry hyper active kid ... he takes the books reads abcd animals fruits etc ... but the only thing is he s not repeating wt i say may it be mummy daddy hi bye anything ... why is it so doctor ...

I m a mom of a 3yr old toddler... He s a very hyper active kid . The only think is that he s vry late in speaking .He reads alphabets fruits animals but , when I ask him to repeate for example say mummy daddy bye etc he NVR opens his mouth to repeate it ..
