Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be reaction to formula ,iron drops or food. so if a child is not showing any other discomfort like nausea , daiherria , Mucus in stool,low apetite , irritability ,low weight gain etc then no need to worry
