RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. When Child does not take sufficient feeding its normal for them to lose down a little bit of it so I think in this case that’s what is only happening with the child as well so if you think that the breastfeeding is not enough for the child or child is not gaining then you can start with supplementary feeding for the child
