See now it would completely depend what kind of growth are you expecting out of your child that’s a very big question because if you feed your child is not gaining in an expected manner then maybe your child is not taking sufficient amount of diet which is important to be taken till the time your child is not going to have a proper diet the weight gain is not going to be as you are expecting for further assistance it would be good if you connect with your doctor to whatever doubts you have the doctor would be able to clear them all for you
