Check Temperature any medication, fever or fallen or hit by anything...
Sometimes due to on medication like syrups or else fallen from a height might cause dizziness.
Generally toddlers will be active all the time Normal falling , illness, hittings they won't be much dizzy unless they had discomfort ...
Consult Paeditrician ...
