Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there are number of reasons of excessive crying in children because it can be either due to some type of colic pain or digestion problem or due to some type of nasal blockage abdominal pain or any body pain / ear ache.
so if it is not improving meet your doctor and for pain you can give one dosage of paracedtamol.
if it appears to be colic pain you can give anti colic medicine and if it is due to nasal blockage you can give nasal salinde drops.
many times changing the environment of the child helps as well as diverting the child helps.

A child with a serious illness or problem, such as an ear infection, usually cries longer than normal. But they may show others signs like being restless or furrowing their brow. Follow-up care is a key part of your child's treatment and safety.
