#asktheexperts while feeding and after feed my breasts pain sometimes it is very painful like current sensation it pulls

A. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage. contact with your gynecologist.

A. hi it might happen because of cracked nipples or Infection. so please visit your gynecologist for once. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your body well hydrated.
