you need to take care to maintain proper hygiene while preparing the formula feed and also to maintain proper quantity of water and powder to be mixed

let your doctor decide if you need it or not
if the breast milk is sufficient then there is no need of any formula
please breastfeed her more as it's thr best food for babies
take supplements as suggested by your doctor
