AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Avoid oily spicy junk food. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Eat freshly prepared homemade food. U can continue to breast feed ur baby till two years as long as u and ur baby are comfortable. Take care
