#asktheexperts when should I start soil food for my twin babies they are totally on formula milk feeding. around 6 kg both of them. nd what should I start like which fruit or vegetable

A. current weight is correct. Till 6 months of life , breastmilk or formula milk is both food and drink for your baby. It is better to give fm till then.
