A. hi mom period start at different times in different pt depending upon your fitness level and if u r doing exclusively breast feeding till now or mixed feeding till now

A. Hello dear parent! Depends on your hormones. Irregularities in periods is very normal post delivery. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby
