A. Hello! By this age, your child should be eating all the healthy home-made foods that daily prepared for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be given periodically.
