proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 2 years of age. 
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.

the most most   important thing is that before speech understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
by 18 months if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor

Its Just a child starts to speak certain words from the age of 8 to 10 months it could be anything which is easy for them to select papa Tata and if your child is screaming as of now it is not necessarily that your child wants to talk it will probably be that your child is having its teeth so if you want you can always take a guidance from a speech therapist about it you know if there is a delay or something else you can easily wait up till the age of 1 1/2 to 2 years
