vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twicfde a day for 1 to 2 months.

boosting the immunity along wl.kith following all the safety precautions will help in protecting the child from the infections.
