Hello mom babies this age can be given semi solid to soft consistency foods , introduce one food at a time to them , such as rice , roti , panner , ghee , curds, buttermilk , different varieties of dals, egg yolk and non veg if preferred , dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables etc .
