Mam the food can be given to the child what ever you giving but mostly the rashes are due to heat in the body is avoid giving anything there as heat into the body if your child is six months plus that I would say start giving water which include fennel seeds and do it that’s going to keep the stomach quite cool for theWrite Your Answer Here
