Hello ma’am You should be feeding proper lunch and dinner to your child like you know Roti sabji Dal rice or stuffed Paratha whatever you are making for yourself you can Feed the same. See because after one year you it needs all spices everything so whatever you eat for lunch and dinner you should be feeling the same to your child
