#asktheexperts What should be there for my baby girl as part of a healthy diet in daily food. Also, how can we save our baby girl from the worst air pollution in Delhi NCR

A. Namaste Father , For a healthy diet , it is always advisable to prefer home made fresh foods, and also natural foods such as seasonal and locally avaiable fruits and vegetables. You can also give the child dry fruits , nuts and seeds as well. turmeric milk, tulsi water, home made kadha etc . for the pollution mask could be used when going out.
