ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 1 year baby can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form. food should not spicy n oily.
Porridges should not be watery

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi After the age of 12 months you can give every thing to the child what ever you are preparing at home Like the traditional food for everybody else as that is the right food to be given to the child after the age of 10 months
