Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you have to maintain a gap of at least 2 hours between any two heavy diet for the child and you have to give at least three course meal to the child at this age

Write Your Answer Here Try to maintain a minimum gap of at least three hours if your child is demanding for some food then you can give it earlier also but at least a minimum of three hours it going to be good enough because this way the previous thing whatever you have given to the child would be digested really very well
