#asktheexperts what is the exact quantity of solid food..and frequency of food for our 8 months+ baby..?..she is also getting her mother's milk adequately

can feed alternate kitchen and breastfeeding
can give 1 to 3 hours or as per babies demands
stay safe and healthy always
prefer kitchen feeds

There is no exact food quantity that anybody can suggest you it is just that whatever food you are giving to their child just start with a minimal quantity and if your child wants more after finishing a particular bowl on amount of wood then include more food into that there is no specific quantity for any child
