ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom the baby can be given a mix of liquid and semi solids consistency foods to them and Alternate it with your feed . You can give steamed vegetables or soups , fresh fruit juices or purée , porridge made made with ragi or multigrain mix or suji , kichidi , curds etc
