usually it is normal for breastfed babies to pass watery or runny poop.
but if the consistency is too much watery then you should consult your pediatrician.
please give feeds as per your child needs.
burp your baby well after each feeding which definitely help to cure and prevent gas problem.
give massage to your child regularly.
