Breast feeding also helps in increasing immunity power which can fight against virus, infections,if on formula feed then choose formula brand with immunity power.
As baby is 6+ months old you can introduce semi solids fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac,sooji, Dalia, porridge, multi grain cerelac , fruits and vegetables rich in boosting immunity power must be included.
