Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. child is two years and eight months old with some difficulty in passing motion child is having constipation problem give plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet it is very helpful while giving food causing constipation in the child and consult your doctor once for needful

add fibre rich foods as apple papaya pear..
give curd daily for good digestion..
raisin water..
avoid banana suji rice rusk maida if baby is constipated..
