ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. cereal is best. sooji kheer then mashed potatoes banana. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Once you baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In starting few days leave everything in a fluids form like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan
