#asktheexperts we started his liquid diet last month what can we give in this month. Also he is coughing a bit from last two days l due to travelling please suggest some remedies.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 weeks agoA. do mustard oil massage or apply baby vicks on chest back n bottom of feet. it will help in cough you can give verity of porridge, dal khichdi, dalia khichdi fruits n vegetable puree.
