Q.
#asktheexperts we are not able to put him to sleep in the cot. We tried with some cushion to give him comfort but always wanted to sleep in our lap. Can you please suggest.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. very common that during initial few months the child gets comfortable sleep only in the arms of the caretaker and when you shift to bed the child might startd crying.
this is fine and normal and usually improve with age.
you can use swadling technique as well as cradle sleep to improve the sleepd cycle of the child.

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello baby being just 2 month old it is normal and you can make the baby sleep on the lap not a problem and slowly as the child grows you can change the Abbot which should be fine and absolutely nothing to worry about and it is normal with the baby at this age
