A. dear mum, for a 3 years old child, give all the foods that are prepared in the house. the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts and dry fruits add ghee to baby's food. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.

A. You should go ahead with whatever you are preparing traditionally at home and that’s the right food to be given to the town from the age of 10 to 12 months it says that it’s going to be the most healthy food that you can offer to the title regular basis
