Give lots and lots water and other fluids and since it’s a huge stroke I would recommend you to add some fennel seeds into the water boil it and just make it proper cool after that you give to your child is going to provide to the body and if there is too much of problem check with the doctor for some oral medication you can also give ORS water through the day
