#asktheexperts today my baby is 1yer old but my periods is not came ....is it okay or should I go the doctor for check up?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. why not check up. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionbetter to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.

Prolactin, the hormone needed to produce breast milk, can suppress reproductive hormones. As a result, you don't ovulate or release an egg for fertilization. Without this process, you most likely won't menstruate.
