#asktheexperts Till what age Iron Calcium supplements should be given to babies. My baby is 18 months old. should I need to give him or any multivitamin syrup?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No usually calcium and iron are given till one year of age and if you are giving them since long time then you can stop giving it and focus on giving a healthy diet

Author of questionGuardian of a 5 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. No I am not giving that's why I am asking. His birth weight was 3.8 kg but now he is 9.8 kg. way to less than birth weight. That's why I am little concerned about the supplements.
