No it does not indicate any complication it is just that the baby is not ready to come out yet you have to understand that the delivery does not happen as per the estimated delivery date sometimes it can be a day or two later or maybe a week later but currently looking at the situation I would recommend you to ask your doctor to do a sweep stretch which will help in triggering labour within 24 hours to 48 hours
