#asktheexperts takes solid well but no bm fm throughout the day is it ok?

A. Hello good evening !! As baby is 9 months old, include milk either breast milk or formula milk along with semi solids solids . Three meals and milk every three hours. Reduce solids quantity then give milk either breast feed or formula feed . If you have sufficient milk production then giving breast milk is good for bones strength, immunity power brain development elements, soothing during teething stage .
