A. Hello good evening !!Include fibre rich foods- Fruits and vegetables ,pulses,grains ,water and fluids help in avoiding constipation. Papaya,pear,apple ,banana,carrot, curd, ragi jowar,wheat. Do tummy massage with caster oil or coconut oil in clockwise direction help in increasing bowel movements .
