Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development ,for cough You can make a paste by mixing small quantity of basil leaves, ginger and honey. Mix well and give 1 tea spoon thrice a day.
