Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. For nasal blockagex as well as cough and cold you cand give nasal saline drops of any brandd and it can be given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly.
It is salt water so does not have any side effects.
Continue feeding milk to the child and try to prevent temperatured variations around the child
