See I would suggest you to consult your paediatrician your child is too small don’t give any medication to child without consulting the doctor they will help you with proper medication for common cough and cold also they will help you with medicine for constipation apart from that I would advise you that you should definitely nebulise the child that is going to be helpful for the kid
